Meet HASHTAG B This handmade bakery originated from the introduction of IG, its selling point is to add fusion elements to traditional Hong Kong bread, freshly made daily, no preservatives and artificial colors, hope customers eat happy and healthy. Yesterday I went shopping in Causeway Bay and came across this bakery. I didn't have to queue at all, so I decided to buy it and try it. The bakery overall gives a spacious and fresh feeling, the bread is neatly arranged, pineapple buns have a variety of flavors to choose from: coffee pineapple butter, original pineapple butter, lemon tea pineapple bun, Earl Gray tea pineapple bun and so on. This time I tried the coffee pineapple butter ($19) and lemon tea pineapple bun ($16), the coffee pineapple bun was okay; Grapefruit layer tart ($24), the Custard inside was okay, but the skin was not loose enough.
