𓍼 𓍼 𓍼 I recently visited Saburo Yakiniku, a high-quality yakiniku restaurant located on the ground floor of H Zentre in Tsim Sha Tsui. I ordered the "Japanese Kagoshima Wagyu 12-Course Set" for two ($1848), which completely satisfied my Wagyu craving! 𓄼 Umi no Sashimi Salad The sashimi served with fresh salad was refreshing and appetizing. 𓄼 Kagoshima Wagyu 12 Courses The 12-course Kagoshima Wagyu includes rump, flank, flank, sirloin, shank, sirloin, rib eye, shoulder, tenderloin, rib eye, sirloin, short rib, and short rib. I loved the crispy and chewy rump, and I also loved the rich, fatty short rib. 12 different cuts, 12 different textures. This was the first time I'd tasted such a wide variety of different Wagyu cuts. The texture and flavor of each cut were distinct, making it a truly satisfying experience for beef lovers!
