High-Quality German Restaurant in Tseung Kwan O District: Must-Try Crispy and Delicious Pork Knuckle

✨️This time, I’m introducing and sharing a German restaurant called Das Bier located on the 1st floor of The Wings in Tseung Kwan O. It mainly serves German cuisine😍 The restaurant offers indoor seating with air conditioning and outdoor seating with a sea view. The decor and atmosphere are very cozy and inviting👍 There’s no time limit for dining, so you can take your time eating, drinking beer, and chatting all evening long🥳 ✨️There were two of us this time. We first ordered a German pork knuckle with sauerkraut and potato salad. Then we ordered a dinner set with prawn and avocado cream pasta. For an extra $40, we upgraded to a set meal that included a starter of smoked salmon salad and the soup of the day, which was pumpkin soup. We originally wanted to upgrade to a specific beer for an additional $32, which was a better deal, but they didn’t have the dark beer we wanted😅 So in the end, we ordered iced lemon tea with the set and separately ordered a wheat dark beer (Erdinger Dunkel)😍 ✨️Our favorite dish, of course, was the must-try German pork knuckle. One portion was just enough for two people, maybe a little less. The pork knuckle skin was super crispy and crunchy, and the meat was thick and tender with a mild flavor. Paired with sauerkraut and mustard sauce, it was incredibly delicious🥳 Highly recommended for all food lovers😍 The cost-performance ratio is really high🤭 ✨️The prawn and avocado cream pasta had only three small prawns, but the pasta was very flavorful👍 ✨️Even if you’re full, you can consider coming here to have a drink and chat.
