Watching them showcase their skills on the iron plate creates a fantastic atmosphere, perfect for celebrating or gathering with friends or family🥳 The lunch set starts as low as $168, with a discount for the second person, offering unbeatable value😮 𓏸𑁍𓏸𓈒𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓏸𓈒𑁍 ᵂᴴᴬᵀ ᵂᴱ ᴼᴿᴰᴱᴿᴱᴰ Matsumoto Castle Set $498/person Appetizer: Ice Plant Tomato Yuzu 🥗 The ice plant is refreshing, paired with sweet and sour yuzu, delivering a fresh and appetizing taste that perfectly awakens the palate😋 Matsuba Crab Chawanmushi 🦀 The chawanmushi is silky smooth, infused with the fresh sweetness of matsuba crab, melting in your mouth with a rich crab flavor—a surprising and delightful start🌟 Pan-Seared Scallops with Spicy Sauce 🦪 The scallops are crispy on the outside and tender inside, with the spicy sauce offering a mild heat and aroma that enhances the flavor without overpowering it—absolutely delicious! Black Cod 🐟 The black cod melts in your mouth, rich in oil and flavor, pan-seared to a slight crisp on the surface with tender meat, one of the highlights of the evening🌟 Large Tiger Prawns with Spicy Sauce 🦐 The large tiger prawns are genuine and meaty, with a firm and thick texture. The spicy sauce is equally memorable, making you want an encore after finishing😍 US Beef Tenderloin / Hokkaido Pork Thin Grill 🥩 The beef tenderloin is cooked to medium rare, locking in the juices perfectly, tender and full of beef aroma! The thinly grilled pork is juicy and crisp, both are high-quality choices👍🏻 Japanese Plum Whitebait Fried Rice 🍚 The fried rice grains are distinct, mixed with plum and whitebait, offering a sweet and sour flavor that is very appetizing. The chef thoughtfully asked if we wanted green onions added, super considerate🫶🏻 Pickles + Miso Soup 🥢 The pickles are refreshing and help cleanse the palate, while the miso soup is rich and warming, perfectly concluding the main course. Dessert: Dreamy Mizuyokan Cake 🍮 We also upgraded to the caramel toast for an extra charge, made fresh on the teppan by the chef. The caramel is crispy and not overly sweet, with a stringy effect that’s visually impressive and delicious🤩 This dessert is highly recommended! The restaurant is located in the beautiful environment of Tuen Mun Golden Coast.
