Nice environment, a relaxing Western restaurant away from the city

Away from the city, we found a peaceful Western restaurant in Clear Water Bay, Sai Kung 😌 The restaurant has both outdoor and indoor seating, equally chill! We enjoyed a wonderful evening😍 We ordered the Butcher's Choice Set, which offers 4 types of steak to choose from. We picked two different ones to try 🥩 I chose the Sirloin with Chips (Peppercorn Cream) and the Black Angus Picanha with Potato au Gratin (Onion Gravy). The sirloin steak was cooked just right, tender and juicy, paired with the rich green peppercorn cream, truly flavorful! The fries were golden and crispy. The Black Angus Picanha with baked potato was also excellent, full of beefy flavor, complemented by the rich onion gravy, very delicious 😋 The set also included a Grazing Board, featuring a variety of cheeses, cold cuts, and other snacks, with generous portions perfect for sharing with friends. The lobster soup was rich and full of seafood freshness. The dessert, Tiramisu, was also well made, with a strong coffee flavor and smooth texture, a perfect ending to the meal. For drinks, I ordered a glass of apple juice, refreshing and thirst-quenching. My friend had a Heaps Normal 0% XPA, a non-alcoholic beer, but it tasted pretty good, perfect for friends who are driving. Overall, this restaurant has a comfortable environment, high-quality food, and great service. It’s definitely a great place to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy good food. We will definitely come back to try other dishes!
