The Southside, Wong Chuk Hang: Green Tea Restaurant

My husband's birthday is such a big day! Although we stay in Hong Kong and have a relaxing day, we still have to find a good restaurant for a beautiful birthday dinner so that my husband can eat happily, fat and white! 😜 A few months ago with my husband walking through the siege, he saw the door of this restaurant, and on the Internet saw some beautiful food photos, already said he wanted to try! For us Hong Kong Island workers, the Wong Chuk Hang branch is really convenient. We can also walk around this new shopping mall and feel the freshness! 🛍️ Once inside the restaurant, wow, Southside's decor really feels! The pavilions, lanterns and elegant decorations simply bring the atmosphere of "Longjing Ask for Tea" in the ten scenic spots of West Lake. My husband Enjoyed the whole night and said it was like reliving our previous journey north to eat Chinese food. 😍 I heard that the Green Tea Group invited Michelin-starred master Yu Bin to collaborate, using innovative techniques to interpret traditional flavors, and summer limited dishes. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the popular dishes were already sold out! 😅 The birthday manager (husband) ordered the following items and he said he was very satisfied: • Vermicelli Wrapped Shrimp ($108): Served in a casserole, and there is a timer to remind you to boil for 5 minutes before eating. The shrimp meat is bouncy and the vermicelli absorbs all the broth. It's super good! 🦐 • Onion Crispy Roast Duck ($128): Once on the table full of shallots were a real shock, but with shrimp and vermicelli, it matched! The combination of onion and crispy duck is really amazing, MVP level! 😋 • Steamed Egg with Crayfish ($78): As a fan of steamed eggs, how can you not order it? ! This steamed egg is so smooth that the freshness of the crayfish and the onion and crispy duck match perfectly, perfect!
