Takeroku Ramen in Wanchai recently opened a branch in the Central Market, on the ground floor of the food court. This time I went to work in Central and finally tried it😆 Takeroku Ramen comes from Hokkaido. I chose the signature Wagyu Beef Salt Sauce Ramen🍜 There are 4 slices of Wagyu, the oil is quite beautiful, the beef fat melts into the soup, making the oil flavor of the salt and sauce soup more layered!
