📍Sofi Pasta Co. This two-story Italian pasta cosmopolitan destination is a true hidden gem! The ground floor is bright and lively, with limited seating, perfect for quick bites. The second floor, with its dark wood tones and soft lighting, evokes a retro cafe experience like transporting to Kyoto or Kamakura, a warm atmosphere that begs to be lingered for a while. My friend and I arrived around 1:30 PM, and the place was packed, so we had to wait in line! Upon entering, we discovered many of the popular dishes were sold out. 💔 We ended up ordering the Black Truffle Mushroom Curly Pasta, the Caramel French Toast (weekend-only dessert), the Heart Too Soft, and the refreshing Espresso Tonic with Lemon Sorbet. We came specifically for the Curly Pasta and the Black Tea Heart Too Soft, but sadly, the Black Tea version was sold out. 😭 The Black Truffle Curly Pasta was definitely a highlight! The rich aroma of truffles perfectly wraps around the springy Bucatini noodles, which are incredibly juicy and satisfying in every bite. Furthermore, the French caramel toast, soaked in their secret egg batter for at least 24 hours, is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfectly sweet without being cloying. If you're a fan of Italian noodles, this place is definitely worth a visit!
