The buffet at the Marriott Seaview Hotel has always been highly praised by gourmets. New decor, bigger place, richer and more characteristic food options. The design of the restaurant is inspired by the Skyline Ferry and trams in Wan Chai. Walking out for a walk, the most eye-catching thing is undoubtedly the majestic frozen seafood mountain, lobster, spiny crab legs, mussels, mussels, emerald snails and so on. All kinds of frozen seafood are fresh. I especially like the breaded crab and lobster with burst lamb. Speaking of lobster, Marriott Seaview's steamed live lobster has always been the signature, after the new installation, of course, also retained, tender meat and lamb, lobster claws are even sweeter, can be called the buffet table's number one high standard. The buffet concept here focuses on interaction, with many delicacies improvised, including the fragrant grilled tiger prawns. Take it back fresh and hot, the finished product is naturally bouncy and fresh, the crab head and lamb are delicious. Another key item, when it comes to seaweed combined with caviar, does anyone love this combination? Except for this Japanese taco, the rest of the sashimi is very tempting, with peony shrimp being the focus. Another seaweed delicacy here is seaweed pasta. Also made on the spot, pasta with seaweed, fresh on top, remember to eat hot! Today's buffet, really have to do all the magic, the ordinary noodle stall in the past, now have to do luxury and standard, such as here's lobster lasagna, the soup is super class for a buffet, and then blow half a Boston lobster down, the author who loves Singaporean cuisine is satisfied to the extreme. Roast beef or ham, you will encounter in many hotel buffets, however, whole roast suckling pig is really rare. The master cut it impromptu, and the clicking sound said it all. The skin is crispy and the meat is tender with a salty flavour. The two pieces are not enough. Again, the roast beef was actually good, and I swallowed two pieces as well. Other wonderful items include steamed eel in soy sauce, and soups. The soup here is really good, three including Chinese crabmeat winter soup, French onion soup, and stewed snails are worth tasting. Of course, not missing the grilled flavor, barbecued pork, roast duck and oil chicken, satisfy my three wishes. If you eat a little more of each hot food, your belly will almost burst. Fortunately, eating sweet is never another stomach. Desserts here are cake-based, from fresh pineapple lemon coconut cake, to gorgeous red velvet, to heavy cheesecake and brownies, and tiramisu. I am a cake lover. I am happy. Other desserts like pistachio puffs, linmingtons, made-to-order orange wine pancakes, and four flavors of Italian ice cream were all to my liking.
