Scenic Western Restaurant at Science Park with a Generous Seafood Bag

After visiting a friend in Ma On Shan, we drove just 10 minutes to the Science Park for dinner. The restaurant features a spacious environment with floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing guests to enjoy breathtaking sunset and sea views. Seafood Bag The presentation is very appealing, featuring lobster, clams, New Zealand mussels, shrimp, frankfurter sausages, corn, and potatoes. The lobster is served halved, fresh, and springy. The mussels are plump and sweet, the large shrimp are firm and juicy, and the sweet corn absorbs the flavorful and spicy sauce. The portion is generous, perfect for two people to share! PS.
