Recently, we tried this coconut chicken hot pot place, and it was absolutely delicious! 🤤 Everything from the taste, ingredients, ambiance, to the service was excellent. 👍 We chose the bamboo fungus coconut chicken as our soup base. They use fresh Thai coconut water as the base, and the chicken is Wenchang chicken, which is tender and flavorful. It only takes 4 minutes to cook, and every bite is infused with a delightful coconut aroma. 🤤 The soup is incredibly light and sweet, even those who usually don't like soup, like Zhengzheng and Yueyue, ended up having two bowls each. 😂 Highly recommend the premium beef tongue for $78. It's a generous portion, tender, and has a subtle beef flavor. Zhengzheng and Yueyue's favorite was the apple bun, which looks just like an apple and is filled with sweet apple filling. A plate of three costs only $28. Sky Garden $138 Perfect for Instagram photos! It comes in two tiers with meat, vegetables, mushrooms, and meatballs, ideal for those who want to try a bit of everything. 😊 Fresh Oysters (4 pieces) $88 Super fresh and large. The staff kindly reminded us that they are ready to eat in just 2 minutes. 🤭 Roasted Pigeon $68 Perfectly roasted with crispy skin and tender, flavorful meat. If you're still hungry, you can add chicken oil rice for $8. They also offer clay pot rice, which is very tempting and perfect for cold weather.
