4.5 hours of hot pot lunch to enjoy 🍲

This weekend, I visited Guoba and enjoyed a 4.5-hour all-you-can-eat hot pot lunch. Usually, hot pot all-you-can-eat meals are rushed due to time constraints, but this time, I could savor the food more slowly! And the restaurant doesn't double the price for longer meals, so if you're a big eater, this is a must! Although we weren't big eaters, the 4.5-hour meal was definitely worth it! The restaurant offers booths, and one side has a glass window with a view of the outside, which was very sunny. The service was excellent, and they explained the dishes as they were served. And they were very patient with other customers' questions. The soup base selection is more extensive than at other hot pot restaurants. I was interested in trying several, and finally chose the pepper pork tripe and chicken hot pot. This pepper pork tripe and chicken hot pot has a rich peppery flavor, which must have taken a lot of time to prepare! It's filled with tofu, wood ear mushrooms, corn, and more. Authentic ingredients are included. The pork belly is generous and generous, and the chicken is quite tender. It also comes with wood ear mushrooms, tofu, corn, and onions. The set menu has five tiers, and we had the Level 3 this time. 🥩For meat, there's American beef shoulder, Spanish Iberico pork, Spanish hormone-free pork slices, Taiwanese chicken, and Shacha beef. 🦐 As a seafood lover, I'd definitely add on the seafood extra $40 per person. It includes prawns, scallops, fish maw, baby cuttlefish, black tripe, and white eel slices. I highly recommend the clams, which are thick and not sandy, and the large prawns. 🧃 For drinks, in addition to the usual freezer options of canned sodas and bottled teas made in-house, there's also a warming cabinet, perfect for those who don't like cold drinks. Very thoughtful! 🍦 For dessert, each person can order one, from Häagen-Dazs, Movenpick ice cream cups, Dreyer's cones, and Nestlé KitKat popsicles. All are guaranteed to be delicious and high-quality! We ordered the Hojicha Twist Ice Cream Cone, which had a rich hojicha flavor and a generous amount of nuts on the top. The other option was the Nestlé KitKat Chocolate Crunch Popsicle, with a rich chocolate crust. Both were delicious, highly recommended!
