🍧【Sheung Wan Ice Cream Paradise】The Ice Cream & Cookie Co. Tropical Journey 🏝️ In the hot summer, go to The Ice Cream & Cookie Co. (ICC)✨ in Sheung Wan's Go Fu Street to try their new "Tropical Journey" summer collection😻 Limited time from May 1st to June 30th 💝 The whole shop is full of Southeast Asian style 🌴 with surfboards, palm leaves and other decorations, and plays light tropical music 🎵 Once you enter, you feel like you are on vacation ☀️ 🌳 Environment: Stylish tropical style photo spot The shop is mainly dark blue exterior, two floors, the first floor is a takeaway area, the second floor is a cafe layout, with a comfortable sofa 🛋️ The whole design takes a fresh route, white with navy blue, great for photography📸 🍨 2025 summer limited series 1️⃣ Tropical Whirlpool (Pink Pomegranate + Pineapple Syrup) 🌺 Taste: A look at the appearance has won all! Pink pomegranate syrup mixed with golden pineapple, the color is super beautiful ~ the entrance is the sweetness of pomegranate, slowly oozing the fresh and sweet of pineapple, and a slight pulp, not greasy at all, fresh to burst. 🍍 Taste: Syrup is smooth and has a little smoothie, perfect for cooling off in hot summer. 2️⃣ Thai milk tea mochi ice cream 🧋 Taste: Thai milk fans must try! The tea is super strong, with a slight spice flavor, and just the right amount of sweetness. It really feels like drinking Thai milk tea in one bite! It is worth mentioning that the marshmallows are added inside, which is smooth and crunchy, and forms a perfect match with smooth ice cream. 🍡 Taste: The ice cream texture is creamy, the marshmallows are soft and layered, so you won't feel stuffy after eating the whole cup. 3️⃣ Island Clouds (Pineapple Coconut Milk + Banana Cold Foam) 🥥 Taste: This drink is really amazing! The sweet and sour taste of pineapple juice and the richness of coconut milk surprisingly match, and the cold foam on the face has a faint floral aroma 🍃 Taste: Pandan foam is very fluffy, drinking the bottom of the bottom still has pineapple pulp, rich taste. 4️⃣ Golden Clouds (Papaya + Banana Cold Foam) 🍈 Taste: Compared to "Island Cloud", this is less sweet, papaya naturally sweet, banana foam brings out elegant floral aroma, drink very comfortable, not too heavy. ✨ Palate: Light foam, smooth papaya juice, a cup down refreshing thirst. 5️⃣ Sunset Island Fun (Mango Coconut Syrup + Candied Grapefruit) (In-house only) 🥭 Taste: Super rich dessert!
