This weekend, I stayed at the Shili Fangfei Xiangjiling Village in Huzhou, which is simply the perfect getaway choice around the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai area ✨ 🏡 Location & Transportation The homestay is located at the foot of Moganshan in Deqing, Huzhou. About a 2.5-hour drive from Shanghai and just 1 hour from Hangzhou. Surrounded by the Moganshan scenic area, it's both secluded and convenient. 🌟 Highlights 1. Truly off-the-grid vibes! The entire village has been transformed into a resort. 46 independent courtyards are scattered among tea fields and bamboo forests. Super private—no disturbances at all. 2. Stunning mountain views We stayed in the "Tea Garden Retreat" room. Floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides face the tea fields. Wake up to a sea of green every morning 🍵 3. Thoughtful details Room amenities are from Appelles, an Australian organic brand. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, rivaling five-star hotels. Each courtyard has its own private hot spring pool. 4. Tons of activities Try tea picking and tea making (seasonal). Evening outdoor movies and stargazing camps.
