It's only about 15 minutes by train from Ise-shi Station to Toba Station! Since it's close, it was great to be able to visit Ise Shrine and Toba Aquarium together. Ise Shrine is rich in nature and has a cool atmosphere, and the aquarium allows you to observe creatures swimming leisurely in the water. I enjoyed it so much that I forgot about the heat outside.✨ 🐬 [Toba Aquarium] Toba Aquarium is a rare aquarium in Japan where you can meet sea otters and dugongs. The sea otters Mei-chan and Kira-chan and the dugong Serena-chan are especially popular. Another attractive point is that there is no set route inside the aquarium, so you can walk around freely at your own pace◎ There was so much to see that I lost track of time✨ ⛩️ [Ise Shrine] The Inner Shrine is a little far from Ise-shi Station, so it's better to take a bus, taxi, or bicycle. This time, I rented a bicycle at the Ise-shi Station Baggage Storage at the station and went around! This was a great idea, and I was able to easily stop by the shrines, cafes, and souvenir shops I wanted to visit along the way, and I was able to travel at my own pace. 🌿 If you want to conserve your energy, I recommend renting an electric-assist bicycle. By the way, the Geku is easily accessible, just a 7-minute walk from Ise-shi Station.
