FUSHI COFFEE ROASTERS is a specialty coffee shop that opened on Ishigaki Island on April 27, 2022. The name of the shop, "Fushi," means "star" in the Yaeyama dialect, and expresses the desire to express the excitement of seeing the starry sky of Yaeyama for the first time through coffee.
