Recommended by a friend, Gasia Bang Noodles exceeded my expectations. We visited a little after 11 AM and were seated immediately without waiting. While we were eating, the place quickly filled up, showing how popular it is. The pork noodle soup was delicious, starting with the broth. It had a rich and deep flavor without being greasy, and the pork was tender and free of any unpleasant smell, making the texture delightful. Even though we didn’t order a large portion, the serving size was generous enough to satisfy us for a hearty meal. The restaurant's atmosphere was clean and well-organized, making it a great spot for dates or family outings. There’s ample parking space in front of the restaurant, so visiting by car is convenient. I later found out that this place has been featured on several TV shows as a famous eatery! If you’re touring near Seongsan Ilchulbong or Seopjikoji and wondering where to eat, I wholeheartedly recommend Gasia Bang Noodles. It’s definitely worth a visit during your Jeju trip!
