It was originally the private estate of the Zhu family in the Ming dynasty, covering an area of 16 mu (1.07 hectares) and built in the style of Suzhou Yiyuan Garden. 🌿The garden is not large, but it has all the features of a traditional Chinese garden, including pavilions, towers, winding bridges, and ponds. It is divided into front and back gardens, connected by a climbing tower and a street-crossing tower.
