Visiting Iron Pagoda Park is like a journey through time and space, allowing me to deeply feel the weight of history and the beauty of nature. As I entered the park, the towering iron pagoda was the first thing that caught my eye. It was built in the Northern Song Dynasty, and has stood for a thousand years, showcasing the exquisite craftsmanship and tenacity of ancient craftsmen. The pagoda is covered with brown glazed tiles, resembling cast iron and Arhats, giving a solemn and mysterious feeling. When I climbed the iron pagoda and overlooked the beautiful scenery of the entire park, I was even more shocked by the sight before me. The distant scenery is intertwined like a net, extending to the horizon, making people feel relaxed and happy. In addition to the iron pagoda, the natural scenery in the park is also fascinating. The lotus leaves in the river sway in the breeze, like a green ocean. The lotus flowers emerge from the lotus leaves, each more beautiful than the last, like "water palace fairies competing in red, lightly stepping on the waves and treading on the bright mirror." The lotus flowers in the bonsai garden are even more eye-catching, small, clean, and clear, making people marvel. The rippling water of Iron Pagoda Lake reflects the blue sky, white clouds, and surrounding green trees and red flowers, like a beautiful painting. During the tour, I also learned about the history and culture of Iron Pagoda Park. It was once the tallest building in the Kaibao Temple, a royal temple in the Northern Song Dynasty, and has survived countless wars and natural destruction.
