Meet the world in Kuala Lumpur

Like the various ingredients in a bowl of laksa, Kuala Lumpur is a brilliant mix of cultures making a unified whole. Malay, Chinese, Indian, colonial and modern architecture, cuisine and language jostle together and create something uniquely Malaysian. The historical centre of Kuala Lumpur is quite walkable and I really enjoyed wandering the streets of this fantastic city. The National Museum is well worth a visit.
