Homemade dishes made with care

It’s my mom’s birthday tonight so I called to make a reservation early in the morning and our family went to the Kwun Tong Industrial Area to eat private dishes. Every dish here is delicious. Honeydew melon, conch and pork soup/Crocodile meat soup with Sichuan fritillaria, tangerine peel and sea coconut in original pot Both were very delicious, with a rich broth, very rich ingredients and tender meat. Stir-fried black truffle, croaker and fresh asparagus The flavor is very rich, the texture of the banana is delicate, and the black truffle further enriches the flavor. Prawn balls and water lily/Yuannian Xinhui tangerine peel and black pork ribs The ribs were all very tasty, the shrimp balls were sweet, the hibiscus had a light texture, the pork ribs were tender, and the aroma of the tangerine peel enhanced the taste even more. Iberico pork ham with Fujian Putian rice noodles This is my favorite dish. The rice noodles are smooth and crisp, and the salty and fragrant taste of the black pork ham is very prominent.
