Enjoy Western food at Hua Restaurant

This afternoon I was attending a potter's wheel throwing class in Kwun Tong and also had a meal nearby. It was my first time at Yue Man Square Shopping Centre; it was quite large and average looking. I'd been there once before and had a good impression, so I brought some friends back this time to try it again. The quality was the same. Location: Kwun Tong MTR Station Exit A1, on the second floor of the shopping centre. You'll see the flower shop next to the escalator. Environment: The decor is dominated by flowers and a royal style, with both indoor and outdoor areas. While the outdoor area has more artificial flowers and decorations, making it a great spot for photo-taking, it can be quite warm. The indoor area is much cooler and more comfortable! Inside, there's a bar with a row of counters next to it, and white booths with hanging lights on the other side, making it very bright and inviting! Service: Paper cups and water bottles were already on the counter, and the food arrived within five minutes of ordering, which was very fast. Lunch: There are ten set meals to choose from, with soup and food also available. The soup was mushroom 🍄, not the canned creamy mushroom 🍄 soup. There was no cream in the base itself, just a circle of cream on the surface. The flavor was rich and fragrant with mushrooms! Eggs Benedict 🥚 Smoked Salmon French Pancake 🥞 $88 I hadn't had Eggs Benedict in a while, so I ordered it immediately. The mayonnaise was so abundant it completely covered the eggs, and the yolk was already oozing out before I even cut it. It was served with a little rocket, and the pancake base was soft but slightly chewy. The overall flavors were well-balanced and had a nice texture, though a bit too much sauce. Spinach & Basil Risotto with Chicken Fillet 🍚 $98 A beautifully presented main course. The Italian, cooked dark green in basil sauce, was quite tender and had a smoky chewy texture. The chicken fillet was diced and pan-fried until slightly charred. The portion was definitely enough for a girl. Party 🫖 White Peach Oolong Tea $24 (includes meal price) My friend ordered this healthy tea. The most appealing thing about it is the 🫖 teapot and cups, made of glass, perfect for Instagramming. The hot tea has a white peach aroma. It's best to let it sit for three minutes after serving for a stronger tea flavor! Strawberry 🍓 Blueberry 🫐 Milkshake 🍹 $24 (includes meal price) I've ordered this drink before at the Yuen Long branch and it's quite memorable. It's both a great Instagram moment and a refreshing treat. The sweet and sour flavor, along with the fluffy cream, makes it a must-try.
