Kyoto is a charming historic city located not far from Osaka, making it perfect for a one-day trip. 📍 Hokanji Temple is a popular spot among tourists visiting Kyoto. It is situated along a sloping pedestrian street, offering stunning views. From here, you can also walk to Kiyomizu Temple (the Temple of Pure Water), another ancient and iconic temple in Kyoto. 🛍️🍦 Besides the breathtaking views, Kyoto also boasts numerous restaurants, dessert shops, and souvenir stores. If you're visiting Osaka and looking for nearby attractions, Kyoto is highly recommended. 🚆 Transportation: You can take a train from Osaka to Kyoto Station. We chose to travel via JR Haruka from Tennoji Station to Kyoto Station. From there, take the Kyoto City Bus (located in front of the station) at stops A1 or D2, using bus lines 100 or 206. Get off at Gojo-zaka or Kiyomizu-michi stops, and follow Google Maps to reach the temples.
