3 Days in Libo That Make You Not Want to Leave! Effortless Leisure Vacation Version

Hello, welcome to Orange's travel channel! This year, I brought my family back to Libo Xiaoqikong for a second visit. Compared to the rushed one-day trip last time, this time we took two days to explore slowly, not missing any beautiful scenery! We took the high-speed train from Guangzhou South to Libo Station, then a taxi to the scenic area. This year, the Libo Xiaoqikong ticket is valid for seven days, and the sightseeing bus is valid for two days, so friends with time can visit multiple times. · 🌈Day 1 We entered and exited from the east gate, taking shuttle buses to all the attractions along the way to save time and effort. On the way back, we took the shuttle bus from Wolongtan back to the east gate. ✔ First stop: Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge, where you can capture beautiful emerald lake water. Then walk forward to pass by: Laya Waterfall, 68-step Waterfall, and Broken Bridge Waterfall. I especially liked the Broken Bridge Waterfall; the shot of the rushing water from behind is very atmospheric!! (There is an uphill section near the waterfalls, which is the only uphill part today, but walking with breaks is not tiring, and it’s very cool beside the waterfalls.) ✔ Next, at the Stone Forest Station, continue by shuttle bus to Cuigu Waterfall. The Cuigu Wetland in front of the waterfall is also very beautiful. You can wear slippers to play in the water and ride bamboo rafts here. 30 minutes is enough. Then take the shuttle bus from the Wetland Station to Mandarin Duck Lake. ✔ Mandarin Duck Lake is one of today’s most surprising spots in my opinion. The water is so blue! It looks great when shooting from the boardwalk! There’s also a transparent glass boat and a sunflower sea 🌻. ✔ The last stop is the shuttle bus to the highlight, Wolongtan! The water is especially shallow and even more beautiful than Xiaoqikong. We happened to see a boatman showing off his skills. · 🌈Day 2 We spent half a day at the Daqikong Scenic Area, also entering from the east gate. You can take a boat tour both ways for only 20 RMB one way. The bamboo raft boat is quite atmospheric! I personally think Daqikong is also worth visiting. The number of visitors is not much less than Xiaoqikong! Plus, the original and spectacular forest, canyon, and underground river scenery are not found in Xiaoqikong. · Libo Qisu·Lajia Homestay was also a pleasant surprise on this trip!! It’s only about an 8-minute drive from Libo Station and Xiaoqikong. We stayed in a courtyard full of flowers under the mountains, even more beautiful than Dali! It happened to be a rainy day, and opening the door revealed mist swirling on the mountain, full of spiritual energy ☁. So we lay on the large terrace and deeply breathed in the fresh air! The backyard is full of hydrangeas and various beautiful flowers—no girl could resist loving it~ Sisters can wear dresses here for photos, have afternoon tea, and experience intangible cultural heritage handicrafts! There’s also a vacation-style swimming pool, but unfortunately, we forgot our swimsuits this time. However, the room offers Yao baths and foot baths, which we enjoyed thoroughly! Besides visiting the scenic spots, we spent the rest of the time relaxing at the homestay! · Guizhou is really perfect for people from Guangdong to escape the summer heat and vacation! Next stop, we’re heading to Fanjing Mountain. Stay tuned for the guide~
