There are many famous ancient towns in Lijiang Old Town, and my favorite is Shuhe Ancient Town, including the human touch. Everyone here is very straightforward. People who don’t know them think they are impolite, but in fact they just speak the truth without any embellishment. I like it! I took the high-speed rail to Lijiang Station and missed the bus, so I had to take a Didi for 52 yuan to Shuhe Ancient Town. Unexpectedly, the hotel was less than ten steps to the left after entering the east gate. The hotel is new and clean, the boss is very nice and answered all my questions. The room is big and clean. In addition to the view of the snow-capped mountains, there is also a smart Xiaodu. There is breakfast every day, it is as good as home. Usually there are not many people wandering around the ancient town, so it is quite relaxing. There are also food, drinks, shopping and convenience stores, so life is very convenient. I have chosen two restaurants to introduce, namely Shiweitian Tu Zao Firewood Chicken outside the East Gate and Tuibufang Steam Stone Pot Fish, Wild Mushrooms and Mountain Chicken in the ancient town. Both of them cook the ingredients freshly in front of you and the taste is also first-class. The two have different flavors and styles.
