A Hidden Gem in South Kunshan – Truly the Best Homestay in China 🌿🏡 Our stay at Huaxi Yuguwei Mountain Residences in South Kunshan was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind and attentive staff, who truly go out of their way to make every guest feel comfortable and cared for. The room we stayed in was very spacious, with cozy bedding and a private balcony offering stunning views of the mountains and the peaceful backside of the property — a perfect escape into nature. The kitchen team was amazing, consistently serving us fresh, flavorful food with great attention to detail and taste. Every meal felt like it was made just for us. Another thoughtful touch was the WeChat group created by the hosts, which included all the guests and staff. It made communication seamless and allowed them to provide even more efficient, personalized service. Though the property is nestled in nature, shops and restaurants are just a 15-minute drive away, so convenience was never an issue. Without a doubt, this is the best homestay experience I’ve had in China. I will definitely return — not just for the comfort and service, but for the peace, relaxation, and closeness to nature that this place offers.
