When you come to Macau, in addition to Portuguese cuisine and street snacks, sometimes you want to eat something healthier. This time we share with you "Passion. by Gérard Dubois" located in Galaxy Macau. The food here takes a sophisticated and healthy route, the portion is not particularly large but high quality, this time we tried a few foods, the quality is very high, to share with you 😊 🥗 Salad of choice: We chose beetroot, roasted potato, mixed quinoa, tomato buffalo cheese salad. The salad is full of ingredients, fresh beets taste fresh and sweet, buffalo cheese is super creamy, super appetizing in summer, quinoa is very filling and healthy. 🐮Grilled Beef French Sandwich - The beef is smoky and rich, served with crispy French bread, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect for lunch or afternoon tea. 🐷Slow Cooked Pork Ribs Braised Hazelnuts with Sourdough Toast - The pork ribs are tender and seasoned, the chickpeas are rich, and the sourdough toast absorbs all the juices. 🍝 Mushroom and scallion spaghetti - the noodles are bouncy, the mushrooms are fragrant, the shiitake mushrooms improved the level, not greasy to eat, very fresh. 🍰 Raspberry Mousse Crisps - Dessert must try! The outer layer of crispy biscuits is crispy, and the raspberries are sweet and sour. It ends perfectly with a piece after the meal.
