Those who love a hidden gem shouldn't miss it! ‼️ The Long Bar is a Raffles Hotel tradition. The one in Singapore invented the Singapore Sling, and the Long Bar at Galaxy Macau also features the "Macau Sling." What's unique about this bar is that it's the world's first hidden, mysterious bar. 🍸A friend recommended it to me, but he didn't tell me it was difficult to find. The staff won't tell you the exact location, but will give you some hints and directions. They said it was a fantastical adventure, but when you couldn't find it, I felt a bit overwhelmed. 🤣 When I finally pushed open the door in the darkness, I was immediately impressed. 🍸The atmosphere is adorned with a rich black and gold wood hue. Legendary bartender Antonio Lai, founder of the World's 50 Best Bars, oversees this place. To create a classic, he used an exclusive gin, first introduced at Raffles Hotel in 1915, to create a fusion of 🇲🇴 and 🇸🇬. The Macau Sling is inspired by the lotus, Macau's city flower, blending its fragrance with a subtle sweetness. ft. Pineapple juice, pomegranate caviar, and lotus marshmallow foam—it looks beautiful 🥰, but I'm not a huge fan... 🍸I recommend choosing standard straight liquor or classic cocktails. We've even ordered the extravagant ones, including those with dry ice ❌❌❌ Enjoy the mysterious and quiet atmosphere here. The waiters are friendly, and there's even a unique live rock DJ.
