The vision here is a kind of breadth from land to sky, a place where both body and mind can stretch. When the windmill turns, the sound is like drums and music, blending with the waves and birdsong, playing a quiet concerto belonging to Houlong. Some people say that you can "hear the shape of the wind" here, and some people say that this place is like the Taiwanese version of the European Cape, which is magnificent, gentle, and has an indescribable sense of freedom.
