The Nagoya Municipal Archives, the setting for Tiger and Wings, is free to enter!

The Nagoya City Municipal Archives is famous for being the setting for the morning drama "Tiger and Wings," but it's also designated an Important Cultural Property and served as a courthouse until 1979. Admission is free. The entrance staircase, with its beautiful stained glass windows, is often used for pre-wedding photo shoots. (Even in this case, admission is free!
