Today, I'm introducing Okinawa, a Japanese holiday paradise just an hour and a half flight away! Beautiful Okinawa offers unique experiences and scenery from south to north. The Naminoue-gu Shrine by the sea in the south is particularly special. You can also visit Senaga Island, known as Little Greece, to see the blue and white buildings and try some Happy Pancakes. Then, head to Kokusai-dori in the city center, where you can spend half a day browsing. Parco City in Soura City is also a great department store. Then, head to the central region for stunning ocean views. I recommend ziplining or other water activities over the sea, or snorkeling in the Blue Caves, where the water is exceptionally clear. Further north, see the stunning fish at Churaumi Aquarium, then stroll around Kouri Island and enjoy the delicious shrimp rice.
