🥐☕ Yui by Barwithi | Vintage Bread Cafe, Nakhon Pathom Today we come to Yuipan, a small cafe renovated from an old wooden house on 25 Jan Road. The exterior still maintains the identity of an old wooden house. The interior is simply and warmly decorated with simple wooden furniture. 🪑 The shop has two floors. The ground floor is a bakery and beverage counter area. There are a few seats. There is a display case for freshly baked bread to choose from. We arrived in the afternoon. The bread in the cabinet was almost gone. The upper floor is an air-conditioned room decorated with dark brown wooden walls. There are many tables to sit at. What's cool is that there is a view of Phra Pathom Chedi. 🍞 The highlight of the shop is the bread menu, especially the Shiopan, which is the number one best seller. Unfortunately, it sold out before we could try it. But we tried Nutella Almond, a square-shaped bread like a basque. The texture is chewy and soft, topped with Nutella and sprinkled with crunchy almonds. It's so delicious. ☕ There are a variety of drinks to choose from: coffee, tea, matcha, milk, Ovaltine, and Sparkling. There are two types of coffee beans to choose from. Medium roast from Nan and Mae Jan Tai. The coffee is really good. The Thai tea is also fragrant and strong. ☕ The tagline on the shop sign says “Wake up by coffee, sleep by shokupan”, inviting us to take it slow on a day when we don’t have to rush, with good bread and a cup of coffee. If you pass by Nakhon Pathom, don’t forget to stop by.
