And don’t miss the fried bananas🍌—a must-try! This place has been around for years, run by true Nanchang locals, and it’s one of the best boiled dish spots I’ve had in the city! The broth is richly spiced, and the braised flavors are robust. Crispy fried tofu skin soaked in the soup is heavenly! Be sure to order bean curd sticks, assorted sausages and meatballs, tofu skin, fried dough sticks, and more! Plus, the fried century eggs and skewers…all Nanchang specialties—absolutely incredible!
