Muyan Riverside Dharma Ancient Cave

The Dharma Ancient Cave is located in the Muyan Riverside Scenic Area, Qixia District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province. It is a natural stone cave on the mountainside of Jialuo Peak, belonging to the steep cliff landform of Mufu Mountain. The cave is deep and offers a panoramic view of the Yangtze River. Centered on Zen culture, it is said to be the place where the Buddha "crossed the river on a reed." After opening to the public, it combines grotto statues and light and shadow technology to showcase the story of "crossing the river on a reed."
