Princess Peninsula is definitely a great destination to visit in September! On the second day of our trip to Lugu Lake, we specifically took a boat ride to Princess Peninsula. The boat journey takes about an hour, and it's rowed manually, giving you a super chill experience. The whole trip costs just 100 RMB per person, and you get to enjoy the entire experience! The scenery along the way is stunning, with crystal-clear lake water and large patches of reeds by the shore, making it perfect for taking photos. During the boat ride, you might spot mandarin ducks and seagulls, though there weren’t many seagulls during my visit. Don’t miss out! Princess Peninsula isn’t very large, but once you reach the higher points, you can overlook Lugu Lake directly. The breathtaking panoramic view is perfect for selfies and landscape shots that are sure to get tons of likes!
