Imperial Castle Nuremberg

Imperial Castle Nuremberg, the city's castle, was built during the Middle Ages around 1050-1571. It served as the residence and administrative center for the German emperors and the kings of the Holy Roman Empire. We arrived in the evening when the castle was already closed, so we couldn't tour the interior. However, the exterior was still accessible, so we strolled around the castle. The wide courtyard at the top offers a beautiful view of the city. The area around the castle is a great spot for taking beautiful photos.
