historical Taytay Palawan

Getting There - From Puerto Princesa, you can take a shuttle van or bus going to Taytay which will take around four hours. These vans and buses depart from Puerto Princesa airport and San Jose Terminal several times per day. The road from Puerto Princesa to Taytay is paved and in good conditions. It’s a long drive, but there are places along the way where you can stop over to eat sometime or go to the toilet. City Attraction - perfect place to disconnect yourself from these unnecessary distractions. After all, you went on vacation for yourself. Taytay’s scenic destinations will make you focus on the moment. The town will make you appreciate the little things you may have taken for granted.Alongside its rich biodiversity lies the town’s colorful history. Taytay’s was the favorite destination of oriental seafarers. Some of them became the early settlers of the town. Taytay’s locals traded with businessmen from China and Borneo and made the town flourish. Before the Spaniards came, well-known natives wore silk clothes and used fine ceramics, and decorated plates and bowls from China. When the Spaniards came in 1622, another era of Taytay’s history was born. The Fuerza Santa Isabel de la Paragua and the Santa Monica Parish were built by the locals. Both relics of the past stand up to this day and etched Taytay on the map of Palawan. You can stay in Taytay for a few days and you’ll still be left with islands and places you haven’t seen yet. Taytay is vastly covered with beaches, mountains, and waterfalls. Each place you visit offers a different experience. You will remember the crystal blue beaches and fine white sand. Waterfalls hide inside the thick forest. Sunsets are always different in town. Purple and orange hues fill the sky as tiny mud crabs leave their burrows. You cannot miss such an occasion to bask under the fading sunlight.Lake Manguao · Canique Falls · Bacuit Bay Brewhouse · Malampaya Ecotours . Tour Agency "Enjoy Positano"

Dreaming of Positano’s cliffside magic and Banwa’s island beauty? Let’s dive into a travel combo made for your bucket list 🌊✨ Top Must-See Spots: 1. Banwa Private Island (Philippines) – This luxe slice of paradise is all about crystal-clear waters and ultra-secluded vibes. Wake up to white sand right outside your villa and soak in those 360° ocean views. Insider Tips: - Golden hour is pure magic here. Snap your beach photos in early morning light for those Insta-ready pastel hues. - Ask staff for a special beach set-up with local snacks—mangoes are ridiculously sweet! - The resort gardens are perfect for drone shots; look for the palm clusters for epic symmetry. 2. Positano, Italy – That iconic cascade of pastel buildings along the Amalfi Coast never gets old. Get lost in the winding alleyways and pop into artisan ceramic shops. Insider Tips: - Dine at La Sponda (Via Cristoforo Colombo 30), which glows with hundreds of candles and has amazing lemon risotto. - The Secret Path to Fornillo Beach (off Via dei Mulini) is less crowded, with rustic charm and chill umbrellas. - Dress light and wear good walking shoes—Positano’s stairs are no joke. Getting Around: In Positano, bus or ferry are best for moving between coastal towns. Banwa Private Island handles transfers via speedboat or private plane (pre-arrange with the resort). Food Fix: Try fresh seafood pasta in Positano and don’t miss Filipino grilled fish on Banwa. Travel Tips: Check visa requirements for both countries well before booking. Banwa is high-end and all-inclusive—bring the essentials and chill. #BanwaPhi #PositanoViews #IslandLuxury #AmalfiMagic #TravelGoals
