"Monsieur" is where you can enjoy lunch in the courtyard while feeling the seasonal breeze. You can choose from a 3-course or 5-course dinner, and they offer delicate dishes that make the most of seasonal ingredients. For example, the appetizer is pike quenelle or lobster bisque, the main is sauteed Arctic char, and for dessert, Île Flottant with pink praline, all beautifully presented dishes.
