At the end of September 2024, I began my month-long European journey in Paris, the most romantic city in the world. From the moment I landed at the airport, the unique Parisian sensibility I felt went beyond simple excitement, making me feel like I was the protagonist of a movie. Mountmartre, in particular, epitomized this city's romanticism. 💕 Encountering Love and Art on Montmartre As I climbed Montmartre, the scenery unfolding along each street was incredibly romantic. The sound of a busker singing "Imagine" amidst the picturesque alleys, terrace cafes, and street artists was an unforgettable moment. Standing in front of the Wall of Love, looking at the "I love you" written in countless languages, I felt warm, even though I was alone. 📸 Le Mur des Je t'aime & Busking on the Streets of Montmartre 🎨 A Mural Encountered near Montmartre I stumbled upon a mural while wandering down an alley. The image of a couple gazing at each other under a red umbrella perfectly matched the atmosphere of Montmartre. The painting was silent, but it seemed to say it all. 📍 An alleyway near Montmartre Hill 🛍 Galeries Lafayette — A department store more romantic than shopping Galeries Lafayette was a work of art, from the exterior to the interior. In particular, the old-world atmosphere felt beneath the stained-glass dome, and the view of the Eiffel Tower at sunset from the rooftop was literally an "emotional explosion." 📸 Both the dome and the rooftop view are must-sees! 🌃 The golden Eiffel Tower, the heart of Paris During the day, the Eiffel Tower gracefully emerges from the streets, and at night, it envelops the city in golden light. The moment I gazed upon it from below wasn't just a sightseeing experience; it was an emotional experience. I realized, "This is the real Paris." 📍 Rue de l'Université & Champ de Mars area 🎡 The Ferris Wheel at Place de la Concorde A white Ferris wheel blends seamlessly into the classical European architecture. At night, the lights add to the romantic atmosphere. Just looking at it warmed my heart. 📍 Place de la Concorde 🔐 Montmartre Locks, a place to lock your love An iron fence densely covered with love locks. The locks, each with its own unique language and story, made this place even more special. In the romantic air, it felt as if I could hear people's stories. Paris is more than just a city. Every street, every scene, every song speaks of love.
