Today, I passed by Soi Wat Makham, Pathum Thani Province. I had the chance to stop by and eat chicken and bitter melon noodle buffet for 59 baht. The shop is located at the beginning of the entrance before reaching Wat Makham. But this shop is different from other shops because they will ask what kind of noodles you want and then boil the noodles for you. Then you can get your own toppings. This means that the shop allows you to eat an unlimited buffet of toppings. If you want more noodles, you have to pay for another bowl.
