If you’re in Phnom Penh, don’t miss these must-see city spots: - The Royal Palace (Preah Sothearos Blvd, open daily 8am–5pm): Go during late afternoon for sunlit shots, but stick around after dark for a totally different crowd energy and architectural mood.
