All photos are my own original shots, unfiltered~ 📍Lost Villa (Pingtan, Fujian) .Located near Tannan Bay (close to the blue tears viewing spot) .Each room offers unique views and decor styles at different price points, all featuring genuine "ocean-at-your-window" experiences .I stayed in the Yumo room - literally watching the sea from bed 💢First, the downsides: - Situated in a seaside village-like area (though with parking available). You'll need to follow the staff up village paths (proper paved roads) for a few minutes to reach it - Dining isn't available on demand - requires advance reservation with the restaurant butler. I skipped hotel meals to try local specialties, so no comment here - While room cleanliness is good overall, the balcony is mainly for Instagram shots lol~ Sitting there for ocean-view snacks might feel less ideal with occasional bird droppings (coastal humidity attracts seabirds - which can be fun if you don't mind)~ ✅Now the highlights: - Impeccable service! Arrived during scorching heat - staff carried all our luggage while guiding us to the room and recommending local attractions/dining - Within 10 minutes of check-in, received refreshing iced tea with cakes and snacks - Most memorable: Despite daytime 40°C heat, nights were perfectly cool. Lounging by the pool listening to waves with strong sea breezes (no mosquitoes!) was heavenly - Features an ultra-photogenic infinity pool (plus smaller kids' pools) - must-visit even just for photos - Rooms have large projectors - perfect for movies with ocean sounds. Other amenities (bathtub, disposable toiletries, robes etc.) are complete
