I finally discovered the treasure island of Pingtan! ✨ This time I stayed at Ximo Lost Villa Yuxi Cliff Seaview Guesthouse, which is simply a divine stay that perfectly matches my aesthetic! With a 180° infinity pool and cliff sea view, a nine-grid post on social media just isn’t enough 📸 🌊 Immersive sea view experience The guesthouse is located in Dianjiaodi Fishing Village, Aoqian Town, with 270° panoramic sea view windows that make every corner look like it has a natural filter 🌅. The room I stayed in has a window facing the sea; you can catch the sunrise lying in bed in the morning, and watch the salted egg yolk sunset sink into the sea horizon from the cliff terrace in the evening—so beautiful it leaves you speechless! 💎 Must-visit spots for aesthetics lovers • Mediterranean cream-style architecture: pure white arches + Bohemian soft furnishings, perfect for creating a Santorini vibe even on rainy days • Skyline infinity pool: I recommend booking the pool at 8 AM! Wearing bright swimwear and shooting from above creates an amazing sea-and-sky line effect • Cliff glass terrace: the drone perspective is stunning (remember to notify in advance), and it’s even more romantic when lit up at night 🛎️ Butler-level warm service From check-in, you have a dedicated butler who not only helps carry your luggage to the room but also: • Hand-draws a Pingtan South Line travel map (including hidden photo spots) • Recommends seafood stalls known only to locals • Provides free props like straw hats and woven bags for photoshoots Special shoutout to their travel photography service—the photographer is great at finding angles, and the original photos are social media gold 👍 🚗 Transportation tips • Self-driving navigation: "64-1 Dianjiaowei," the guesthouse has a private parking lot • About 20 minutes by taxi from Pingtan Station (recommended to use a ride-hailing app, around 45 RMB) • A 5-minute walk to a private beach with few people and fine sand, perfect for photos ⚠️ Notes 1. Be sure to choose a sunny day! Although cloudy days have atmosphere, the blue sea and sky make for better photos 2. Best pool shooting times are before 9:00 AM and after 4:00 PM to avoid harsh overhead light 3. Off-season room rates are about 800+ RMB; during peak season, it’s best to book sea view rooms at least one month in advance This is definitely the most photogenic guesthouse I’ve stayed at in Pingtan, and it’s my top hotel pick for a second visit!
