When Siberian swans come to Weihai for winter, the city transforms into a fairytale world. During my two-day trip to Rongcheng, I not only photographed the swans but also drove along the Thousand-Mile Mountain and Sea Drive - it was absolutely stunning, highly recommended! About accommodation in Rongcheng, Weihai: Our homestay added great value to the entire trip! Only 15 minutes by car from the Chezhugou Swan Protection Area. We could photograph swans in the morning and return for breakfast. The Korean-style design features predominantly white decor, with small houses nestled between mountains and sea, just 2 meters from the beach. The floor heating keeps it very warm, and there are supermarkets and local seafood restaurants nearby.
