I have to say this is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in Finland. The food was excellent, both dinner and breakfast were impeccable, and the service was excellent, with 24-hour, comprehensive service. I wanted to go up the mountain to see the northern lights at 3 a.m., and they were there on call. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't good, and I didn't see any aurora from the mountaintop observation deck in the freezing wind. However, this didn't affect the hotel's service quality at all. The next morning, I could borrow a fat bike and ride to Santa Claus Village. Cycling through the Nordic forest was a unique experience. The staff at the counter said that for three months after November or December every year, the park has its own underground Christmas park, which is exciting. Unfortunately, I couldn't see it and could only peek through the closed entrance. Even so, I still recommend visiting Arctic Village and don't miss the tree house.
