#summervacay Far from the selfie sticks of Oia, Pyrgos is Santorini’s hidden treasure. I explored narrow paths winding through whitewashed houses and blue-domed churches without the crowds. There’s a medieval vibe here, and the view from the castle ruins at the top is one of the best on the island. I had lunch on a quiet terrace with views over the caldera—just me, the breeze, and a plate of moussaka. Underrated and unforgettable.
