Lunch at Kissuitei Hotel Europe

From the window seats you can see the dry landscape garden. The meal started with young sweetfish and rape blossoms dressed in vinegar and miso, then we had grilled sea bream, boiled shrimp potatoes, sashimi, soup, inari sushi, and soba noodles with sweet bean paste, all presented in a gorgeous and colorful arrangement with celebratory ingredients.
