Scotland’s beautiful scenery and famous highland cows (coos) are always a feast for the eyes! These are some of my favourite spots after living in Edinburgh for a year - and there’s plenty more to explore. Rolling green hills, coastal villages, waterfalls and hikes abound. The best spot to see highland cows for yourself is Swanson Farm, which is only ~30 minutes bus from the Edinburgh city centre! #travel #scotland #nature
