Grand Josun Jeju Deluxe Mountain View (Aria Breakfast, Lounge & Bar, Swimming Pool)

#Ho-kang-su This is a review of my stay at Grand Josun Jeju Deluxe Mountain View. It is a remodeled Kensington Jeju Hotel, and if the newly built Hill Suite next door is a private luxury resort, this is a bit more casual, but it is also quite fancy. There is only the Hill Suite for the ocean view. It is a kind of main building and a new building. The main building guests can only use the main building facilities, and the new building guests can use both. This is because the new building is more expensive. There is a price difference of about twice as much. This is expensive, but the other side is more expensive. The incident that was a big deal right after the opening was also there. They didn't seem to care, as the weekday breakfast was almost full. For tourists like me who came to Jeju on foot, this place is located on a mountainside, so you have no choice but to take a taxi. You can walk, but you have to go up a steep hill for more than 1km. It seems like a shuttle service is needed, like a resort hotel in Japan. It would be convenient if there was a shuttle bus that guests can use to go to nearby Jungmun or Saekdal Beach without leaving their cars. Even if it is not 1 every 15 minutes like Shilla Hotel Seoul, if it runs every 30 minutes or 1 hour, it would be good for the next guests. Even if it is difficult to run a shuttle bus from the airport like Lotte Jeju (this may be introduced later when awareness increases!), hurry up and get an airport limousine that goes all the way to the hotel like Shilla or Lotte. Summer is coming soon. The main building has a standard view (parking lot), mountain view, and pool view, and most people stay in the pool view. Since you came all the way to Jeju Island, it is natural to choose a good view. The price difference for the next level of view is 50,000 won. There is also a kids' room that is good for staying with children, so tourists who come as a family are grouped into the 2nd floor, and on the other hand, there is an adults-only rooftop pool with a view of the ocean, so pool parties for adults are possible. The garden pool on the 1st floor is a heated pool that can be enjoyed all year round. It has an outdoor pool and a kids' pool that extends from the indoor pool to the outside, making it perfect for families. There is also a walking trail behind the pool. The hotel entrance is on the 5th floor, and there are rooms on the 2nd to 6th floors, but there is no separate 4th floor. Since it is remodeled, the distance from the elevator to the room is quite far. The mountain view room I stayed in did not face Hallasan, so it had a country mountain view with a hill. Each room has a balcony. However, since the building is shaped like the letter ㄷ, the pool view is structured so that you can see the balcony on the opposite side or the side. It is also clearly visible from the walking path. So the mountain view is better for privacy from the balcony. You can see cats and birds, and you can also see farm equipment passing by. There are two restaurants, a rooftop bar and a cafeteria-like place at the 1st floor pool that is temporarily open, but the only places for dinner are Aria Buffet and Rubrica Italian Cuisine. The lobby lounge was available for Chosun Deli's complete menu and drinks. For breakfast, Hill Suite uses Grand J or Aria, which is a large space with about 300 seats, but since only one stage is operated, it is crowded even on weekdays, and there is a waiting line. Even for omelets or eggs Benedict, it takes more than 5 minutes after ordering. There is no Japanese food at Aria's breakfast. There is a Chinese corner. The taste is generally good. The egg dishes are dry because the texture is not preserved. Among the sausages, the light-colored ones have a good texture and are delicious. The grilled flounder fish was well-seasoned and well-seasoned. The three items including French toast are the best. The bakery is also good. The basic room is about 2 pyeong (6 square meters) larger than Shilla Jeju or Lotte Jeju. Maybe because it was remodeled, it felt more sophisticated than Lotte where I stayed before.
