Statues in the park

#July Travel Support Fund 📍Overall Impression Seoul Children's Grand Park has sculptures placed throughout the park area, so it was fun to walk around and appreciate the artwork. In particular, the bright and lively sculptures related to children stood out. 🗿 Appreciation of the main sculptures • White sculptures expressing innocence The large white sculptures depicting children playing were impressive. They blended in naturally as if the children were playing, and they blended in harmoniously with the park scenery. • Traditional human figures (black bronze sculptures) Some of the forest walking paths in the park had human figures installed, so I could feel the classical atmosphere. They had a charm that caught my eye when I encountered them while walking down the street. • Abstract sculptures with children's faces The sculptures with the faces of many children together had a quiet power that made even passing visitors smile. 🗺️ Balance between walking and appreciating Each sculpture had a well-organized explanation board, and they were naturally placed between the walking path and the resting area, so I could appreciate them without any special context. As I walked along the road, I encountered statues one by one, so I could enjoy nature and art together while slowly walking around the park. 😊 Overall Review The statues in Seoul Children's Grand Park served as a bridge that connected children's free movement with the park's greenery. I could fully feel the small pleasures discovered while walking and the charm of a space where nature and art coexist.
